Advertiser Agreement

This Advertising Agreement is between (“Advertiser”)___________________________ and Allen Online and made on (DATE)______________.

1. Advertiser’s Internet Advertising will appear on Allen Online for 12 consecutive months. Advertiser will provide all necessary copy for their advertising notice.

2. Advertiser ensures that their advertising copy does not infringe the copyright or other rights of any person, business or entity. Advertiser assumes full liability for the contents of their advertisements and any claims arising from them. This provision will survive any termination of service.

3. Advertiser agrees that this agreement will continue and remain in force if Advertiser’s Internet Advertising continues beyond the initial agreement.

4. Upon termination of service Advertiser will immediately remove and cease to use any Allen Online promotional materials including but not limited to door and window decals.

5. Allen Online makes no guarantees of advertising results of any sort. In no event will Allen Online be liable for any damages beyond the actual payments made for the current advertising year.
